Fresh Ideas was an exhibition of artworks by young artists from the Lady Evalyn Alternative School in Ottawa. Ages 6 to 12, these works were seen outside of the school context, in the pristine environment of Canada’s National Arts Centre.
The professional and "adult" display of these delightful works honored and celebrated the discovery and growth of the children during a year long residency by artist/educator/staff developer Heather Nicol.
